This place is horrible. My husband was sick nearly a week today and they didn't check him out at all. No ear check, no throat check, no hands on him to check anything when the so called PA came in. Even when they were told he puked up blood. They sure took our money though and we rescued a kitten outside their door. Thanks for nothing SIH Urgent care!!!! SMH

I arrived at 12:18 and waited until 12:45 for someone to come upfront. I called the location, I called Marion. No one could get ahold of anybody until the lady finally came back and the doctor flung the door open and said “I can’t help we are on lunch break. You need to push the button.” I said “ma’am there is no button.” She then proceeded to say “there’s nothing I can do about it, I didn’t read the sign when I put it up there, it’s my first day working the front desk at this office.” The sign doesn’t say anything about lun... read more

Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the desk. Tried calling and no answer. Very much not urgent!!
