I am new to the area and, in mid-2025, I had a very disappointing experience at SIH in Harrisburg, Illinois. I went to the emergency department late at night because I was concerned I may have had a ruptured breast implant and was worried about my safety. After being taken to a room, I was not physically examined. I was told to contact my plastic surgeon, who is located in another state. Waste of time coming in here. There is no reason to trust this facility if Dr John's is, and was the seeing doctor. The RN was nice and overseen the five minutes of the visit. When I said I had been using antifungal cream, lotriman on it already, he gaslit me and said I had not been. What? Where is that guy's wife? Is she okay? Anyway, Dr John's recommended Lotriman so I'll update when I get home to see how much this waste of visit cost. Brian was the incoming and outgoing admin. It's Thanksgiving 11-27-25 9-10 am
