The walk-in had very quick service and all of the staff I encountered were very friendly!
Always quick, friendly and actually listen to my needs.
We were the only ones in the waiting room and the only ones there when we walked in, however, we were still there for over an hour for some reason.
This visit was by far the worst ever! If you do not like your job or care about your patients, you need to find a different career path! I go in after having been diagnosed with H1N1 in Friday, and after calling my Dr office for advice and they told me to go to the walk-in. The nurse man was RUDE AF and slammed off my BP cuff and threw it on the counter, never once asked how I was since I been sick, made me feel like crying my eyes out because I ONLY went in due to my Dr office telling me to. Dr. Gallo won't stop talking about marijuana. And Dr. James didn't even take a temperature, and prescribed an antibiotic unresponsive to PNEUMONIA! Terrible medical care.
