Went again they treated my daughter well but did not send her with the steroid and I’m highly upset. ! That is the only thing that breaks up the stuff the on the chest so what now I’m going to have to go back to the walk in appreciate nothing. Well they fixed my sons broken are but the nurses are super flirty constantly in the room bending over and just saying all the pretty nurses were helping him he is 5 he liked so confused he downs even think like that yet so i found it very disrespectful. Thanks for all the great care you gave my son Brian the family is heartbreaking over the lost of our son. brother. father.its hard to see a 47yr young man pass.But from my heart to yours thank you so much for taking good care of him.from the Thompson family

I will not go to any other hospital then Herrin. I understand that when covid hit it did alot to the staffing. They have been understaffed pulling hours, I am grateful foe the ones who came to work and help us.

My sister came to this hospital after urinating blood and was not treated adequately as well as discharged home hours later in an unsafe condition. . I am a healthcare worker so while I understand how healthcare is nowadays, there were still so many things that were not done appropriately. I will not list out all of the labs and assessment that were not completed But there are multiple.
