Called Beyer Boys on 3/10/26 in Rockport to come check out my AC unit. They came out same day, on time and technician was very helpful. They diagnosed a Bad AC compressor, which was still under warranty. I called and talked to the service manager to discuss repair options. He said there might be a bigger issue with the old inside unit and we discussed an upgrade. James Keatts from Beyer Boys was excellent. He arrived on time, kept the workspace clean, did detailed examination and test on our HVAC and made good recommendations for our humility issues. I appreciated his honesty regarding the installation and replacement cost too. Mr Keatts is professional, and we highly recommended Beyer Boys HVAC service.
Mauricio took time to examine our needs. He made very reasonable suggestions. He was professional, polite but personable at the same time. I like he was local and a lifetime resident of the area. He understands the humidity issues with HVAC and the coast. He did not rush us and gave us time to consider his bid.
