The Sigurd Center-for Ortho & Neuro Rehab The Sigurd Center is named in memory of the owner's late father, Sigurd A. Jordan. When Sigurd became ill with pulmonary fibrosis, Kirsten went above and beyond to ensure that her father experienced the best quality of life possible. Kirsten's dream was to open her own physical therapy clinic, which she did on January 9th, 2006 on the 4th anniversary of his passing. She considers it an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of her patients.

The Sigurd Center in West Columbia was the best physical therapy service that helped me recover from a knee replacement surgery. The staff was well trained in what they needed to do to help me recover back to my normal every day routine. I would recommend them to anyone that needs physical therapy for any needs what so ever!
This facility is incredible!! They have worked with both of my parents and two close friends and with each they have done amazing work. The facility is warm, friendly and easy to access. They truly give wholistic, personalized attention to each individual! They are patient and kind and just can’t say enough good!
The Sigurd Center is a beautiful place- the facility but more importantly the owner and employees. They have treated my Dad with SUCH love and respect. They work hard and are creative to keep it interesting. They just really go above and beyond. They invited my mom to sessions to help understand what he’s learning and to meet his helpers he loves so much.
