I'm giving two stars because the initial set up for Sigua managing my property went fine, but in all reality this is a one star review. It took ~1.5 months to get someone in there and things were going well. After the first couple months it felt like there was little to no communication from the property manager to me, the homeowner. Tenants would be late paying their rent and I would have to reach out to the property manager asking where the rent was for the month even though we were 12+days into that month. I have worked with Mary Meeker with Sigua Property management for over 2 yrs. She is hands down the best realtor/property manager I have dealt with. She is kind, responsive, and treats her clients with respect and value. I cannot recommend her enough.
My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Sigua property management! We had the pleasure of working with Mary and I would highly recommended anyone to work with her! We found a property we loved on Tuesday and by that Friday we were signing papers and got the keys on Saturday! It was a smooth, easy, and enjoyable experience! We are in love with our property and were blessed with the best service!
