Requested visit regarding suspected ice damming issue on my roof leading. I like that Marc, whom I spoke with on my call, was also the one to make the visit. He was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. He was courteous and upfront regarding the costs that would be involved. We had a great experience with Sigouin Roofing in Gloucester. We called at 2pm about snow and ice build up causing a roof leak, and they arrived by 4pm the same day. This was incredibly prompt service. Marc took photos, clearly explained the issue, and showed us the work he completed. They were very careful when removing snow and ice from the roof, making sure not to damage our property or our neighbors’ homes. Professional and responsive, I highly recommend them for roof repairs.
