When a company doesn't accept the US Dollar on the American Express card, to send their product in the US Mail to a US citizen with a US zip code they are either lazy, don't care about customers or are racist. Almost everyone else is trying to help Puerto Rico and you won't make even the tiniest effort. Your customer service is arrogant and you should be ashamed of yourself. You wasted hours of my time making files for your application. Really... You suck.
