Poor quality and terrible customer service. The vinyl lettering sticks to the transfer paper and ruins the adhesion and look of your print. Your perfectly square design is sent to you, cut freehand and crooked, so you cannot install the graphics level and squarely in the designated space. They say they would replace it but haven't yet. I paid for the 2-day expedited shipping and they have now drug the email communication out for over a week now. Fast, accurate, friendly and professional, all at very reasonable prices!
Fast delivery but if it doesn’t come as planned don’t expect the same fast response to correct it or a correction at all. Had one good experience before this one but it was right the first time. First time having to deal with customer service. Not happy.
