The guy was rude so we decided not to use them.

Typical company that over promises and under delivers. Before I signed the contract and sent in the deposit, Eric was extremely nice and told me he would take care of everything. After I gave him the deposit he gave me excuse after excuse on why he couldnt do what was promised. When I finally got my sign that I ordered (he was supposed to order it) and I called him to come and install it he told me he was too busy and that I wasnt his only customer.
