Over a year later and haven’t received my product. No response to calls, texts, or emails. They took the money and ran. Even sent a shipping label that never was shipped. I had success with a sign I ordered from them about 8 years ago, but it seems they have turned into a scam business.
We ordered a half a dozen signs a few months ago - paid online for the signs. We communicated the custom needs which got a response from the company as they were good to go. Several months later, we have never heard from them, received no goods, and we had to contest the credit card charge to get a refund.
Would love to give Addicted Furnishings a 5 star review, but the experience from a customer service perspective has been beyond terrible. We placed an order on 2/1/22 for the entire Ohio State collection. Despite dozens of phone calls, multiple texts, several emails, and two expired shipping labels, we have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone/return our calls and have yet to receive our order. Incredibly disappointed with this shop. I ordered several signs from them back in January & have not received any sort of communication from them - I call, email, etc. & hear nothing from them. Over $250 just gone & absolutely NO idea where or when my items will be ready (if ever). I will continue to follow up just to try & get my money back.
Exactly what I wanted...... update! Got my first piece a year ago as a gift. Very satisfied, fast forward to 4 months ago I ordered another for myself.... haven't received it. I call, email, nothing! Not to mention they raised the price $40. They just got me for $150
