An email response when asking for a quote on something not horrifically expensive, "Your kidding right? Grow your budget to about $1000.00 for a cut out dimensional letter job or even a decent flat panel sign and then we can help you" Rude and unnecessary, honestly. We could've had a use for them on many possible signage options (as a business ourselves) but I will definitely look elsewhere.
