Easily one of the worst run businesses I’ve ever been in my life. The way people were talking to other drivers was insane and would’ve gotten me fired from any job I’ve ever worked at. Nobody works together and nobody knows what’s going on. It’s a complete disaster. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Everyone talks about how busy they are and then they are right around the corner on their cell phone airing each other out and you can hear it in the waiting room. It’s embarrassing.
They open at 7 am! It don’t matter what your broker say (3 am or 4 am or 5 am) don’t matter they open at 7 am! Unloaded me in 20 mins! Receiving lady is very nice. Security guard attitude but ok lol. - dock door 19 to check in - inside docks very easy - nice truck on Gary ave and lake street (20) - keep on trucking 🫡
They loaded fast only on apoiment if you go there early doesn’t matter if all dock are free everyone must wait for appointment.
