First bought an Excite OSA unit in July of 2023. Everything seemed to work well and my rep was intelligent. In the last 6 months they have been so bad I thought I am on Candid Camera. They don't have units in stock and tell me different information about the unit. They do not return phone calls. Not sure how real this company is. Going to tell the doctor who is out of the University of Miami to not recommend these people. I am pissed!!!

Product didn’t work. And don’t trust their 60 day money back guarantee they didn’t honor it for me. Their customer service won’t return calls either. Big rip off.
