Refuse to give cash back after ring was paid for in cash an it was canceled out of no where
I returned a ring purchased from Zales in St. Petersburg, FL on 12/20/2025. I had the ring and all the original paper within the box and bag it came in. I had purchased the ring with a gift card and a personal credit card. She credited the personal credit card and submitted the credit to the gift card that neither of us had possession. Zales received their ring and I only received half my money. I've made 5 attempts to obtain a resolution and have not receive one. I will never recommend purchasing from Zales.
