My 10 yr old girl just left there mid cleaning , gushing blood and crying bc Lisa was so ruff with her! My wife had to make her stop and leave midway thru I will never be back here again and hope this helps someone bc she was already terrified of dentists now she will prob never get over that ...thanks again Lisa maybe someone will show you the same compassion you showed my 10 or old daughter
I've had them for over a year and I went in because I broke my tooth. I was informed that since I had Medicaid now I wouldn't be seen without an up front payment of $150. There is an abscess on the gum above the broke tooth that can be life threatening and they wouldn't even look at it!
RecommendedDr. Bentley and staff went above and beyond. :) I was having the caps replaced on my two front teeth. The temporaries were very hard to get off (they'd made them well-bonded so they wouldn't fall off in public). I had requested no anesthesia unless necessary. They did all they could to get the temporaries off and keep me from needing anesthesia. Finally Dr. Bentley came in and finished the job with almost no pain! Then put on my new caps which I am SO happy with. Thank you all so much!
They called me today about a bill in 2017. After I have been to the dentist in 2018 serval times. They claimed I have a balance but never tried to collect it until 2years later even though i never stoped going and pain co pays. I explained to the young lady on the phone that it didn’t make since and that I also was under the dryer at the hair salon. She replied and asked for my insurance card! Dr Bentley is a good dentist, however the office manager is a joke, Bills for services that are not received and should be reported to the insurance company. Insurance paid their part and billing me for the unfinished product.
Hired a driver and drove over an hour to get there. We were 2 min late for appt thanks to google Maps. Filled out paper work in 7 min. We were TOLD we were allotted 2 hours for root canal but because we didn't arrive 15 min early they would not see us today. (we would have sat in waiting room and exam room much longer waiting for them.) Such a waste of my time, money and gas. � Nice on phone NOT in person. Would NEVER recommend.

Signature Smile is by far the best dentist I've been to. I have major dental anxiety and they made me extremely comfortable.
