My time here was pleasant. The entire staff is professional and caring. Nurse Fanny, Reg.’s Kesharna & Jorge, and Dr. Miler were great.
Great people great service
Avoid the Wirt Rd facility for a rapid COVID-19 test. Was given a 2 hour appointment window. Decided to leave after waiting 3 1/2 hours. Desk was unable to refund my payment. Small waiting room contained 8 people - so much for social distancing.
Outstanding job and care at signature care on westchase came from Tacoma Washington and was impressed by the care and facility at this we I would definitely recommend and rate this one of the cleanest hospitals ever been too Great Job GENESIS KRISTINA
Dee was very professional and we were saw within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.
Dee was amazing she saw us quickly and in less than 5 minutes we were admitted. I highly recomend this place for its professionalism. Any health concerns I recomend signaturecare ER in Montrose. Plus Dee was very welcoming and caring.

Thank you to to staff at Signature Care Center emergency care off of Montrose. Yesterday, I came down with some virus that crushed me. My fever shot up from 100-103+*F. It takes an awful lot for me to go to the ER. This staff was nothing but professional from top to bottom. My dad came down with 18 blood clots, and the months I spent in ICU with him, I’ve seen so many nurses this year. Not to mention that my brother is a top floater nurse in San Antonio. Was very impressed by this ER. They got me straight back, gave me a warm blanket and were incredibly efficient and kind. This is definitely the ER that I will be referring everyone to.
