Great experience
The night shift experience was very disappointing. Staff were unprofessional, laughing and making comments even though patients could hear everything. It’s concerning that some providers seem to dismiss patient concerns just to get through the night more easily. Everyone deserves to be taken seriously when seeking care. If someone can’t handle the demands of this field, it may be time to reconsider whether it’s the right fit. Remember to report to the Texas Medical Board and put a paper trail.
This ER hospital asked for 300 dollars to see my daughter up front. Stated that if they do not think is an emergency they will charge 300 and stated to go to urgent care. My child was having headache and vomited blood. Which is an emergency that needs an ER. Very unprofessional seeking payment during a pediatric emergency.
I came to this ER crying my heart out 100% convinced I had a miscarriage after having a bad day of cramps and bleeding. The first thing the doctor told me was not to loose hope (i am really thankful for that). I was taken care pretty fast and did not take long to have someone performing an ultrasound. Even though I don't have an explanation on what has happened to me and why, I felt really safe and comfortable being here, so much I wish I could have stayed a little longer.
