Public restroom blocked off to the public in waiting room! I just watched two pregnant women (in medical emergencies) have to leave the waiting room and go across the street to use the restroom because the lobby restroom is blocked off to the public. I needed to take an insulin shot and couldn't do it in the lobby because i didn't want to scare the kids out there. How much are you charging for patients that you can't hire ppl to keep up with the restroom? Shame on this place for that laziness.
