When you got to go and the ER isn't working for you then Signature Care is your place. Last Wednesday had a problem that couldn't wait went to the Heights location not 3 mls from the house a 7pm. In a room in 5 mins and seeing a doctor within 20 min walking in the door, still filling out the paperwork. She wanted a MRI. Drank the juice they did one in house and found the problem. Great place to go ! Clean, efficient and quick!

The facility is new and clean and the staff are all very kind and helpful. There was zero wait time, and the nurses and doctor were so caring. They took good care of my 7 month old daughter and helped put my mind at ease. We were in and out in about an hour! So glad they are in the neighborhood!
The staff was GREAT! Facility was clean and staff made us feel very comfortable. Doctor was very professional and explained everything with lots of details so there was no confusion. Highly recommend!
I had to come here on a Thursday night and had a great experience despite the fact I had to visit the ER. Taylor at the front desk was very friendly and helped me check in and check out quickly. Charles, Kelly, Stephanie, and Dr. Vaagere did an outstanding job addressing my concerns and attending to my needs. I will definitely come back if needed (although I hope I don't have to!). Thanks again!
