Overly aggressive, late response to an informational request at the Seattle Home Show. They kept calling and calling me while I was at work to the point I had to shut down my cell phone to make it stop. And this was waiting over a week and a half to respond to our initial inquiry. Will never go with someone who treats potential customers that poorly.
