An employee of this company walked into my place of business to deliver a message of "you better tell your employer to pay her bills!" THIS IS BEYOND unprofessional! To come to a place of business when the work was done in a private home, especially with the aggressive tone he use; it is threatening and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! What is completely unprofessional is hiring a contractor then not paying their bill. I went into Matonti Dental because Dr. Matonti and husband Nathan Matonti from Urban Seed did not respond to us since their work was approved last year. Emails & calls: 8/13/2019 invoice sent, 9/20, 9/26 instructions sent to pay by credit card, 10/8, 12/18/2019, 2/14/2020, 3/2/20. A wonderful professional company to work with. The taught me so much about Trees. We hired them to do trimming and get our trees back in shape after Irma. Their staff is so well trained. Answered every question. Everything was perfect. Trees look great. We hired them again to do tree replacement for us. And we couldn’t be happier. Remember we need our trees especially in Florida.
