Sent photo of arrangement and colors used were opposite! Was told one price over phone and up charged me in person. Unfortunately not impressed.
Google said they were open on Saturday (still does). Their website said they were open (still does). The website even proclaimed “Order in the next 41 minutes for same day delivery!” So I placed an order and the business took my money. I called a few times, no answer, no voicemail, but I figured it was Saturday and they were busy. My Aunt never got the flowers. That I ordered for her birthday. Well dam, some nice set of hair and eyes.
If I could give zero stars I would but that was not an option. I ordered a $150 flower arrangement for a family member and they did not receive what I ordered. In fact it was completely different down to the vase. I called and explained what I had ordered had a meaning behind it and asked why I didn’t get what I ordered. I was told they had some new people for Valentine’s Day week and was told I should have received a call letting me know what I ordered was not in stock.
