Signature Suites was listed as the management company for a VRBO that I rented via the website almost 6 months ago. We had paid in full and were planning an arrival in 2 short weeks when we received a cancellation notice. Not only hare they holding almost $1k of our money, we now have to wait over a week to get it back and are scrambling for another option. Would NOT reccommend renting from this company. Stayed in unit#2000 at 555 Church St in Nashville. Unit was not clean! Hair on the bathroom floor, kitchen not wiped down well, dirty towel left in bathroom, and folded towels were damp from not being dried thoroughly. No one responded to texts when we checked in after 5pm. Called the after hours number and spoke with Christina, who was very nonresponsive. This company is a nightmare . I highly recommend you do not do business with them . I would weekly be handed checks with missing money with zero explanation and no willingness to correct ge error . I have worked for them with signed contracts and they are refusing to pay me for my services . They are ignoring my calls and running . I have reported them to the BBB. Apartment fine, location fine. One star off for the almost accusatory tone of the entering and leaving instructions; I felt like I was being processed at a jail. Second star off because, when I returned after 9:00pm (a business dinner, at the building door at about 10:30pm), the code to open the front door did not work. (Tried it several times.
