first, the office hours are very restricted(someone being there). next, the new site off dollar way had a very long delay in getting the gate operational. third, the new units are nice. lastly, do not expect a return of your deposit unless you bring a shop vac or dust buster. I had cardboard (boxes) and wood in my unit, no fluids. upon moving out I waited for my refund of a deposit.
