first, the office hours are very restricted(someone being there). next, the new site off dollar way had a very long delay in getting the gate operational. third, the new units are nice. lastly, do not expect a return of your deposit unless you bring a shop vac or dust buster. I had cardboard (boxes) and wood in my unit, no fluids. upon moving out I waited for my refund of a deposit. Absolutely DO NOT RENT from these folks. No care about quality. They did NOTHING when I showed them damage to my property because of a leaky roof, and NO attempt to make it right. When I moved out on the 10th of the month, they did not refund me for the rest of the month.
