Their staff is knowledgeable and patient, and they answer all my questions thoroughly. I've used them for multiple projects over the years, and they've consistently provided excellent service. I had the misfortune of dealing with Philip, the most obnoxious and rude individual I've ever encountered in the world of online shopping. Not only did he wrongly advertise the product count, but he managed to package his attitude problem with it as well. Despite being nothing less than polite with him, his defence mechanism to when pointing out that the count is incorrect was to literally SCREAM!!! Signature Stone Benchtop supplied and installed our benches in our new laundry and kitchen. Our kitchen benchop cracked in the join. When we followed up we had zero customer service and zero warranty. They wiped their hands as soon as they get paid. STAY AWAY.
Signature Stone are a professional company. Their service & communication from quoting through to installation was fantastic at a competitive price. I completed a full renovation /extension with 10 different varying benchtops and all were perfect.
