I was not impressed with them at all this last time I went. I had a $35 gift card so I figured I’d go, I asked how much it would be and they told me to begin with it would be like $35-40 and it ended up being $55 🙄. They made me bleed at least 4 times from where they pushed my cuticle back, it hurt. I don’t know if you can see in the 3rd picture but there is tiny ridges on a few of my nails when they should be smooth. they are great with gel nails, tips,pedicures, and I get my eye brows waxed there. I love the owner linn
Just had the best experience for a wonderful birthday extravaganza! Thank you for being so great to these girls and having the patience of saints! It was so very much appreciated!!!
Staff was nice BUT my gosh the lady I had doing my nails was SO rough and they look AWFUL THEN the lady doing my pedi painted my toes the wrong color and she was extremely rough with my feet I told her many times that a certain toe was extremely sensitive and she was still extremely rough and when I was in obvious pain she still didn’t stop! I will never go back!
This place is absolute trash. If i could give them less than one star i would without a doubt. Charged me twice for a manicure and tried to tell me i got a pedicure as well when i didn’t. Refused to give me a refund, would give me store credit, told them i lived some hours away and they still only wanted to give me a store credit. They still refuse to refund me. Awful service. Nails weren’t even worth the money i spent. Would NOT recommend this place.
Unprofessional. Employee hung up on customer multiple times trying to get a refund for being double charged for the same service. She was told they would check their cameras, when she asked what they found she was hung up on. Employee told her to file it as fraud with her bank, but she wouldn't be getting a refund. If refunding $50 is going to hurt their business after double charging for 1 service, they shouldn't be in business to begin with. Reported to the BBB.
