I feel like the communication is really bad. I feel like when you have Medicaid you are put on the back burner. My daughter had her first appointment and then they told us it could take a while for Medicaid to approve and they would call , which the never did I followed up several months later and got my daughter an appointment for her first appointment well then due to covid I was not allowed in with her and they told her that they could not do it due to her gums being swollen so we had to get a water pick and they would ca... read more

The staff here are out of this world! They are always smiling and make you feel welcomed. I drive a 4 hour round trip every month just because of the staff here. My daughters (12 & 13) both love the ladies and gentleman that they get to see. They give you their opinion on treatment but assure you that it is YOUR decision.
