I really can't say enough bad things about this place. My appointments are always rescheduled, during my invisalign journey my retainers were never there when I had appointments to pick them up, I always had to call to ensure everything was ready for my appointment (they usually never were). The office staff has changed every month for over a year. At least 2 times I showed up at the office for an appointment to find out they had an "emergency closure" after waiting for an hour. I've been coming here for over seven years. First with Dr. K and now with Dr Vanman. Both very professional and great personality. The personnel changes with each visit except for Andrea my dental hygienist. She is the best and I am very comfortable with her. Please stay :))) I would have given 4 1/2 stars due to the office reception room. It was always nice and clean but today I went in for my appointment and noticed different furniture and I was taken aback. Looks like someone went dumpster diving to save a few bucks. I loved this practice when it was Dr. Kosydar. (I may have spelled his name wrong.) he had loyal staff and great bedside manners. The new dentist is constantly trying to upsell me on things that I truly feel that I do not need and are not covered by insurance. He told me that I grind my teeth and needed a very expensive surgery to correct. He stated he is the only one who does the surgery and it is not covered by insurance, the cost was about $8000.
