We’ve been seeing Dr. Nelson and staff for over 15 years. Knowledgeable, professional and always so kind. It often feels like visiting friends twice a year while having our check ups. My adult children are now bringing their spouses. Can’t speak highly enough!

Keith and the Signature Smile team have been our family dentist for 20 years. He and his team have been able to work with care and patience for my anxious kids. He's a great dentist and we love working with him!
I’ve been coming to Signature Smiles for 10 years. The staff does an excellent job of cleaning and Dr Nelson takes great pride in his work. He proactively monitors my mouth and catches issues early. He himself hasn’t had a cavity in at least a decade and he helps his patients do the same. I highly recommend giving them a try but be warned they are booked out for cleanings very far in advance.
