My initial Diagnostic & Preventative visit went well! I have a morbid fear of dentist and Dr. Helaire was extremely patient, listened to my fears. I don't know how I'll get over my anxiety, but she assured me we'll take it one step at a time to help me, get the care my mouth deserves.
I am very anxious going to the dentist, so much so that I've avoided it for about 8 years. The staff was friendly, calming and frankly, just lovely. Even the parts I was most nervous about (checking gum pocket depth), was relatively pain free, a first for me! They addressed my concerns and we are creating a plan of action that works best with my schedule and my pocketbook. Thank you for getting me on track to a healthy mouth again!!!
I highly recommend this clinic, staff are very welcoming, respectful and kind. Dr. Helaire is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the next steps for your treatment, I’m Glad I came back at Signature Smiles. If you’re looking to have a pleasurable experience at the Dentist, this is the place!
The team was very kind, welcoming and friendly. I came in on an emergency tooth situation. I was able to get in and out. I’m confident in her diagnosis and the endodontist I was referred to.
