What's going on with this dentist? Ive been coming years. The phone was always answered within a couple of rings and I always got reminders for when appts were due. The last 6/12 months I've rang and never get any answer. Strange. Then my appt comes and goes as I was sent no usual txt reminder and then I get a random message in June to say I am due an examination. Service not as expected
Worst place to visit I went for the emergency service as my teeth is in problem need taking out, so I went to this place called signature smiles and the lady dentist checked for literally 10-15 seconds with her glass spoon mirror then told me to call a Health watch to get it removed and then my £27.40 I paid is gone that’s it for a referral to Health watch plus a receptionist lady talking in front of you on the phone with her personal matters loudly. Had an appointment booked in 3 months ago and then they cancel on the day of appointment which I took a day off work for. Tried to rebook couldn't get me in for another 4 weeks, joke. Surgery looks old and tied. The treatment room has damp and the treatment chair look well past it's sell by date.
