Staff were very nice, prompt with appointments, felt comfortable whilst there
Service not as expected
Worst place to visit I went for the emergency service as my teeth is in problem need taking out, so I went to this place called signature smiles and the lady dentist checked for literally 10-15 seconds with her glass spoon mirror then told me to call a Health watch to get it removed and then my £27.40 I paid is gone that’s it for a referral to Health watch plus a receptionist lady talking in front of you on the phone with her personal matters loudly. Had an appointment booked in 3 months ago and then they cancel on the day of appointment which I took a day off work for. Tried to rebook couldn't get me in for another 4 weeks, joke. Surgery looks old and tied. The treatment room has damp and the treatment chair look well past it's sell by date. Also, Ive been waiting for a referral at dental hospital for over 3 years and asked about this being chased up everytime i have an appointment which is every 3 months which I think is only and money grabbing scheme and not a care in... read more
if i could give no stars that would be too good for this place . i had an appointment from the emergency service only to get there and be told its been canceled no phone call to tell me they just wait till you turn up waste of peoples time and money and im still in pain avoid this place if you need care or help they don't offer it
