have to wait for hours to be seen, horrible service, couldn’t stand this place. Also due to covid, they take your temp when it’s hot outside and tried telling me I have 102 fever then to sit in my car and blast the AC, so make sure you do that because they checked it again and I had a normal temp.
horrible service. keep calling over concerns. they dont get back to you. appointment 930 am 11 am still waiting outside in the heat.

Been sitting in the office for 2 hrs so far and my son still hasn't been seen. They cancelled his appt at 1:50 WHILE I WAS HERE without even telling me until I went up and asked. Said he'd be seen at 2:50 and it's now 3:45 and no word.
I honestly love it!!! They have the patience with kids and they are all nice and professionals <3 . The only issue is the waiting time but for a great service is worth the wait...
Took my special needs daughter there. She's in a wheel chair and has spasms after sitting for long periods. We waited an hour and a half. They finally call us to the back and say " you know she has to go to the operating room " ummmm no for what ?? The guy who barely speaks English says we can't work on her here. She has to be put to sleep. Oh really. So ........ Why did you give us an appointment ??
