First, Eva at the front desk is the most amazing manager I’ve worked with. She’s personable but so on top of everything. I adore her. I was frustrated with my experiences. My first one was a cleaning in which the provider chipped my tooth. I had to go back to get it filed down the next week because the chip was scratching my tongue and creating giant blisters. I received my very first root canal and a filling today. Shout out to Erica(front desk) for answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. Her energy starts off the appointment just right. Also, shout out to my dentist and all staff that made this visit as smooth as possible. The dentist made sure I was ok, reassured me, gave her recommendations, and gave me clear instructions. I also appreciated the Netflix and remote control :) This is a very clean office. Nice people.
