Dr. Monsman, Kathy Monsman and their staff are some of the most compassionate people that I have met. They are professional and caring. We are lucky to have this level of care in our area.
I have been a loyal patient of this dental office for many years, which is why I was extremely disappointed by how my account was handled. I received two bills in the mail for a $262 balance that I believed may have been a duplicate charge. Without any phone call or personal communication to discuss the issue, my upcoming appointment was canceled and my account was sent directly to collections. Got in and had the planned filling, plus another unplanned one. Was quick and thorough. Numbness nearly gone an hour after I left.
Dr Monsman and his staff are top notch. My family and I won't go anywhere else. He makes sure to keep up with technology and they even have a thing they rub on your gums before the shots and it makes it so you don't really even feel them. Super great place!
