Great gym with a positive atmosphere. The staff are friendly, the equipment is always available, and the place is very clean. I enjoy working out here and have seen great results. Trainers are knowledgeable and motivating . Krys is wonderful trainer .Highly recommended
Its a really motivating environment and team here at signature shape. Just the kind of circle I needed to start my gym routine. Krys being very understanding and dedicated, is the backbone of the team. So far it's been my best experience with women's gym. Thanks to all the coaches out there too.
I am 58 years old and I’ve been part of Signature Shape Fitness since January 2026 . I have seen amazing mental and physical changes. Coach Krys is very motivating and supportive. So happy to be part of this gym!
Only 2.5 weeks in and I already see results! And seeing results in a few major areas. I'm sleeping, eating and feeling better. The accountability and support from the coaches and even the other members is so positive and encouraging. So glad I made the choice to join.
