I recently joined Signature Shape and have been loving it. I’ve struggled getting back into a gym since COVID and came across SS and figured I’d give it a try. I love the variety of classes either grouped or independent workouts. The meal plans and weekly progress check-ins help keep me on track and keep me accountable. Krys is amazing and extremely helpful! I can’t wait to see how much I progress.
Krys always push me to do my best. The personalized workouts have really helped me achieve my fitness goals, Krys always provides helpful tips and guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level!
