Signature Shape is such a welcoming place for people getting back into working out. The trainers take time to ensure I am doing things correctly and also push me to push myself! Highly recommend!
I've had a great experience since I joined in September. The classes are great! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I love how the class sizes are small. Would definitely recommend.
