Initially came in after a bad experience at another salon. Service and results were flawless. Have been coming back ever since and Quynh nails it every time. Always listens and explains what she is doing while giving advice on what would look best. The photos attached is a before and after.
Rhiannon did a fantastic job on my haircut today! She is super kind and attentive. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, no more or less. She washed my hair instead of just spraying it down and gave a great little scalp massage! She was very gentle with my hair through the washing and drying, which I really appreciated. To top it off, I love the products she put on my hair which made it so soft and smell fantastic!

I feel deeply disappointed by their lack of clarity regarding pricing. The first time I visited, I requested a "Full Foilayage" with caramel tones; instead, I left with my hair a horrible ash color—for which I was charged $400. They asked me to return, assuring me that the color correction would be completely free of charge and would be performed by the owner herself.
