I have personally seen the work they have done with both people I know and people I've seen on here and honestly have been completely unimpressed by both there service and the way they conduct themselves personally with the people that I know. (Having screaming matches over the phone) On top of this they are somehow charging more than any salon locally. So if you are okay with paying more for less than this is definitely kind of salon.
Five minutes out from my appointment, when I was already in the car, they called to tell me that somehow they had double booked. I'm not sure how their software would allow that, and suspect it wasn't a double booking at all. So I have no idea what the salon is like, or what the haircut would be like, but the experience was unacceptable.
They fit me in last minute, and Christine did a fabulous job on brightening up my color, and listening to provide exactly the cut I was looking for.
Been awhile since I had a haircut and wow!!! Christine did an amazing job with my hair, gave me exactly what I wanted and was incredibly patient and kind with my son's haircut, any mom would appreciate. Definitely worth the drive!
