I recently was scheduled for a hair appointment at Textures by Hoshall on 3/16/2024 I received a call week of that they had closed and consolidated with their Auburn location. I ended up keeping my appointment and they offered all new customers 30% off. Which is lovely. I went to my appointment and during the highlighting process (touch up / full head) The top of my hair was copper. I called to book an appointment with someone who is good with curly hair and the women I spoke to recommended I book with Aliyah Koya. She seemed nice at the start but I asked her to do a blow out on my hair and she was going so fast she kept hitting me in the head with the blow dryer multiple times and was yanking on my hair.
