The women that work here are nice and do a good job. But often nobody answers the phone and there’s no way to schedule appointments online. We walked in on Saturday at 2 PM to get a haircut from Tyler for my son and he had no clients there in the chair and no clients waiting, and would not cut my son’s hair. I thought it was a very odd and poor customer service. It says on the website that they’re open until 3 pm and he refused to give him a haircut, saying “he was done for the day”. I felt so good when I left. Sarah did a wonderful job cutting my hair and I’ll be going back . This is definitely my new salon.
