Terrible realtor company . They first off didn’t do the rental agreement correctly and on the retail agreement there was no “75” change for lawn care that I did for 3 years. This company is fraud and thrift. They send out the cheapest men to fix things for them to be broken within a week. We went all winter long with 2 space heaters and 1 working heater that is in the guest room. We had 4 walk thrus and told them all our issues and 2 things were fixed . HORRIBLE property management company. They lie, they don’t fix anything and are corrupt as hell.
We have been renters with signature for over three years! They are always quick to help us with any issues with our rental. We look forward to keeping on renting from them!
