Went to see a viewing So very unprofessional 3 family's came to see 2 black family's 1 white family of course I'm one of the black family's so when the girl pulled up she went straight to the white family of course she was white...That told me everything I needed to know...In other words black people please don't waste your time and money on a company like this I give them zero stars
Do not intetact with this company‼️They discriminate, management is impertinent, and properties are untidy. Many of my friends have had issues in the past attempting to get repairs. BEWARE
Not a pleasant experience.
As the owner of 2 properties that Signature is the management company for their HOA, I leave this review. One of my properties has an old roof that needed to be replaced. This is a covered expense in our HOA dues. Signature was advised of this the summer of 2024. Pictures are of my upstairs ceilings in May of 2025. No patches nor a tarp to stop the leaks until a new roof can be installed. Think twice before you hire this management company for your property.
