Absolutely awful experience from the start. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear and then do the opposite. You will have multiple different therapists, crappy last second thrown together lesson plans, therapists that have no idea what they are doing and no pens/paper to write on. After escalating to the CEO, James Duff, and speaking with him I thought things would be resolved.
