Would not recommend this company for managing your assets. If you choose to go this route, be extremely meticulous for checking all statements and contracts. Be wary.
If you were ever wondering just how unprofessional a company can be when talking to tenants, you should give Signature a try, but if you like to be treated with a modicum of respect and not be constantly threatened until you have to literally call an attorney, you should avoid renting from any place Signature manages. Honestly, avoid them. No matter how nice the place seems, they are not worth the trouble.

I've been very pleased with Signature Property Professionals. They're incredibly responsive and professional, handling everything from finding great tenants to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!
All the bad reviews are true. I’m not interested in a response from management to this review, they know how they treat us and all the other tenants. We moved in in April and dealing with management has been a constant stressor in the back of my mind. They informed us to submit maintenance requests online, however they do not respond to any of them. Apartment was filthy upon move in.
