Terrible organization to work with. I would recommend you stay away.
Does not consider the safety of the residents that they serve. Only interested in servicing the HOAs that they are hired by and do not stand up for the residents of the neighborhood when the HOA is in the wrong.
I just moved into an HOA that’s managed by signature property management a few months ago. They have been the most responsive and helpful ever since the day we moved in!
This is by far THE WORST management company in Kansas City. THE WORST! DO NOT use them. Despite being negligent and unprofessional they are extremely unethical. They mismanage their properties and you will lose lots of money. They allow harassment of their staff. They hire rude unprofessional uneducated inexperienced managers to run their buildings. Extremely Unresponsive and Unprofessional Signature Property initially sent someone to assess a couple of trees on the property, but there was absolutely no follow-up. Despite repeated emails over nearly a year, I received no response, not even an acknowledgment. Frustrated, I escalated the issue to the HOA board.
