Poor Management. I made the mistake of signing a lease without first viewing the property at wayfare crossing. My move-in was june 16th but bc I dislike the property set-up I have decided to look in Raleigh. Emily has been nothing short of amazing but the ppl above her-Signature Property is making me pay a full month's rent even though I had not moved in yet bc I signed the lease. This is very unfair. Please know that they do not work with you here. Management-No need to write under here as if you care now. Ppl-Beware!!!
