We had Gabriel Zorabedian handle the sale of our home. His professionalism definitely made the process smooth and easy from start to finish. This is specific to Annemarie Bellenoit. I was the potential buyer on this property, interested for the past 5 months. I made an offer for 160k, the buyer held firm at 180k. Eventually the house was taken off the market. I was a bit sad. A couple months later I received a message that the house was going to be listed again, but they wanted to see if I was still interested. I said yes, and asked if they would meet my 160k offer.
