I had a very disappointing experience working with Gloria Li as my selling agent. She was incredibly nice before I signed with her, but afterward it was a completely different experience. After one showing, she left my doors unlocked and lights on. When I called her, she denied it and only went back after I told her my security camera had recorded what happened. On 7/30/23, we went to an open house 157 Swan Lane in Levittown and the real estate agent; I believe her name was Ellen was extremely unprofessional. We went with our special need child (non verbal/ 10 years old) who touched a blanket and she was very aggressive and made insensitive comments despite our apology and explaining that he was on the spectrum.
