TERRIBLE!!! Unresponsive, lazy and unprofessional. Broker Yu-Nung "Hugh" Kuo was pathetic when showing me a Plainview house that I was interested in. When I entered the house, Hugh said "take off your shoes and look around". He sat in the kitchen the entire time that I was in the house and couldn't be bothered to show me around. My family and I recently purchased a home from Saw Mill Construction, and the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, we were promised features and quality that we never received. Cathi Horan, the agent representing Saw Mill Construction, made numerous false promises. We paid for coffered ceilings, but they were never installed. The paint used in the house is cheap and is already chipping off. The color of the paint doesn't match what we selected. Cathy was my Contracter’s agent and I cannot ask for a better agent to work with. She has been most professional, responsive and responsible. She was phenomenal during the whole process. I highly recommend her.
