Ronnie was wonderful to work with. He was patient and efficient and my place received multiple offers in one weekend of showings.
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Signature Premier Realty, in particular with Marlene Gross. My partner and I were in the process of buying a home and had an accepted offer for a house listed with Marlene Gross. In this process we had an inspection and valid questions regarding the house conditions and current tenant living in home. DECEPTIVE and UNETHICAL to state the least. Marlene Gross of this agency lacked any degree of integrity in our dealings. She was the seller’s agent of a home my partner and I sought to purchase and after accepting our offer and having the inspection done, Marlene lied and claimed we could not proceed to contracting as the seller wanted to have a roof contractor further assess concerns raised during the inspection.
