DECEPTIVE and UNETHICAL to state the least. Marlene Gross of this agency lacked any degree of integrity in our dealings. She was the seller’s agent of a home my partner and I sought to purchase and after accepting our offer and having the inspection done, Marlene lied and claimed we could not proceed to contracting as the seller wanted to have a roof contractor further assess concerns raised during the inspection.
